Selectalento is seeking a Freelance Internal Project Recruiter to join our team in Calafell. As a Freelance Internal Recruiter you will play a vital role in sourcing screening and selecting candidates for our clients open positions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking for flexibility and autonomy in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews (phone video) to assess candidates skills experience and fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients providing necessary information and support throughout the process.
• Manage candidate relationships providing timely updates and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay informed about industry trends best practices and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
• Collaborate with the Selectalento team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques including sourcing screening and interviewing.
• Registered as a freelancer in Spain. Salary on commissions based.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software including ATS platforms.
• Flexibility to work independently.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Located in or near Calafell
