Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential joint venture partners, assessing their capabilities and strategic alignment with the organization.
- Establish partner selection criteria and due diligence processes to ensure compatibility and risk mitigation.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with potential joint venture partners.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including government bodies (MOE, RC, etc.), executives from partner organizations, and suppliers (Aramco, MARAFIQ, SEC, etc.), to establish connections, negotiate terms, and foster long-term collaborative relationships.
