Title: Packing Tackler or Packing In charge
Qualification: Any degree
Experience: 2 years in Spinning mills
Location: Chithode
Salary : 15k 18k As per company norms
Job Description:
A packing tackler oversees the packaging process in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities typically include coordinating packing activities ensuring products are packed according to specifications monitoring inventory levels of packing materials monitoring the stocks and maintaining documents related to packing.
Training and supervising packing staff maintaining quality standards and resolving any issues that arise during packing operations.
They may also be responsible for scheduling and ensuring efficient workflow to meet production targets. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential for this role.
