QA EngineerSnr Engineer

Responsibilities:

Experience in developing process quality plans supplier quality audits and driving corrective actions and failure analysis efforts.

Support product development and engineering change activities which include product testing and evaluations of all engineering and process changes.

Conduct investigation analysis evaluation and simulation for all inprocess issues and customer complaint.

Analyze monthly inprocess and outgoing defect to identify the top 3 defects.

Coordinate with function team to improve production yield rate.

Responsible for performing production and quality control audits. Typical duties: assures compliance to inhouse and/or external specification and standards such as GMP ISO regulations.

Train evaluate and certify the QC Inspectors

Familiar with ISO /TS 13485

Experience with any of the following: plastic parts injection molding tooling jigs fixtures or highvolume quality manufacturing engineering (e.g. Medical / Food grade parts/products)

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Quality or relevant
  
• 14 years or more years experience as a QA/QC within the injection molding industry.
  
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
  
• Able to evaluate diagnose and troubleshoot problems
  
• A team player with ability to work under minimum supervision
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  
• Understanding of medical product quality standards and health & safety regulations
