Job details:
- Our mission is to utilize our securities and IT knowledge and personal knowledge to solve customer issues and lead projects to success as well as to propose solutions to customers and acquire projects.
As a team member you will:
- Provide support for drafting and planning new projects in the online securities user department
- Provide support for creating system requirements in the online securities system department
- As a PM for the project manager support project progress issues and future action plan creation
- Propose solutions and win projects for client issues

- 3 (Java Oracle)

Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience working in securities business or IT
- 3 years of experience in financial system development (Java Oracle)
- Experience working as a system development PM
- Basic consulting skills including communication facilitation presentation and documentation
- Fluent level Japanese proficiency (speaking reading and writing)
Welcome Experience:
- Front system system development experience
- Development using cloud services such as Azure AWS and GCP
- Salesforce (ServiceCloud FSC) experience
