Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to determine procurement needs and develop strategic sourcing strategies
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable terms pricing and delivery schedules
- Assess the quality and suitability of products and services before making purchasing decisions
- Oversee the purchase order process and maintain accurate records of purchases
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate their performance through regular assessments

Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proven experience working as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation vendor management and contract administration
- Proficiency in using purchasing software and other relevant procurement tools
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive procurement decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- Sound knowledge of procurement best practices sourcing strategies and market trends
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
