The team:

Requirements

• Worked in a recognised and respected property litigation team and have been exposed to a varied caseload.
  
• Strong drafting skills and genuine enthusiasm for getting to know a clients sector/relevant law.
  
• Manage a diverse caseload of property disputes including but not limited to landlord and tenant disputes boundary disputes rights of way easements and leasehold enfranchisement.
  
• Conduct legal research draft legal documents pleadings witness statements and correspondence and provide sound legal advice to clients.
  
• Represent clients in court proceedings mediations arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution forums.
  
• Assist partners and senior lawyers in complex and highvalue property dispute cases.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing excellent client service and strategic advice tailored to their needs.
  
• Supervise and mentor junior members of the legal team providing guidance and support as needed.
