Were looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role youll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients developing strong relationships and ultimately helping us grow our business.
What youll be doing:
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients that need staffing solutions.
- Coldcalling emailing setting Appointments: reaching new clients and schedule meetings between qualified leads.
- Lead generation and qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their specific hiring needs company culture and budget.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with potential clients.
- Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Presentations & Proposals:Deliver presentations to potential clients that highlight our expertise and solutions.
- Hitting Targets: Meet or exceed assigned quotas for qualified leads.
Essential Requirements:
- English proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and hunter mentality for prospecting and generating leads
- Familiarity with ATS & CRM platformswith a preference for Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Industry knowledge in the staffing sector (a plus!)
- 2 years of proven experience in a similar role with a track record of success in a remote work environment
