We are looking for HR Recruiter to be part of our recruitment process, from identifying potential hires, interviewing and evaluating candidates to onboarding the candidates. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting for organization and plays a critical role in ensuring it's hiring the best possible talent.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute recruiting plans.Design and update job descriptions.Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.Screen candidates resumes and job applications.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. Conduct regular follow-up to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.Promote the company's reputation as an attractive employer.Stay up to date with current recruiting methods and technologies. Bachelor/master’s degree in human resources or related field.Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either fitout or construction).Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong decision-making skills and proactive in reaching out to candidates.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Attention to detail and organizational skills
