Job Description

Minimum of a high school diploma, preferably a university degree in business administration, hotel management, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Knowledge of electronic reservations management software such as Opera, Amadeus, or any other reservations system.
The ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively to meet their needs and solve their problems.
