Job Description
Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner.Taking orders and accurately conveying them to the kitchen staff.Providing recommendations and answering any questions customers may have about the menu.Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.Checking on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.Processing customer payments and handling cash transactions.Cleaning and setting up tables for the next guests.Assisting with food preparation and ensuring the kitchen is stocked with necessary supplies.Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.Adhering to all health and safety regulations. High school diploma or equivalent education.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work well in a team.Positive and friendly attitude.Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism.Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
