We are looking for a great Financial Accountant to join us! (25h/week)

Tasks

What you will do:

Your contribution makes all the difference your field of activity is versatile. As an accounting employee you will support our finance department in Austria.

In concrete terms this means:

• You are responsible for invoicing our employees projects to customers.
• In your role you are the communication interface between finance and project management.
• You will manage the incoming invoices in our accounting system.
• Over time you will take over payment transactions (bank transfers).
• Control of the hours worked with the invoices (prices and number of hours billed).
• Support of controlling with invoicing and project cost issues.

Its your personality that counts. You have a passion for numbers and use it paired with customer orientation and analytical thinking.

This is also what makes you special:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (HAK apprenticeship) and/or have a completed/ongoing course of study (business administration finance).
• A structured way of working the recognition of connections and a quick comprehension are a matter of course
  for you.
• As an organizational talent you also feel comfortable working in interdisciplinary and international teams.
• Ideally you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics. (nice to have)
• You speak excellent German and good English in our international environment.

In addition we apply the collective agreement for employees of companies in the field of services in automated data processing and information technology.
For this position the minimum salary according to the collective agreement is from 43078 gross p.a. on a fulltime basis.

With us you will receive a salary based on your qualifications professional experience and individual skills.
