Missions et Responsabilits :

Responsibilities:

• Management of customer QCP orders
• Responsible for the application of customer QCP and development of new customer QCPs with stakeholders
• Develop a quality inspection matrix with engineering/support (to properly implement the customer QCP)
• Management of thirdparty inspections and associated customer quality records (in collaboration with the quality documentation team)
• Support data cleaning and its display in the PowerBI dashboard
• Assist in defining and developing quality program status indicators and performance measures.
• Provide trend analysis on quality issues and performance metrics.
• Conduct internal audits.
• Review of the internal quality inspection plan and questioning: FPY RTY statistical analysis...
• Develop implement and maintain inspection and testing procedures compliant with the quality management system (QMS).
• Contribute to quality improvement plans.
• Investigate and address product nonconformities working with relevant experts as needed.
• Acquire and analyze data across a wide range of business environments to facilitate analysis and process improvements. Use metrics reports and process control tools to track analyze and resolve issues.
• Use quality statistical tools and techniques to reduce total quality costs.
• Coordinate deviation and nonconformity processes and ensure that corrective and preventive actions address root causes.
• Create and file product quality incident reports (PQ). Lead and coordinate PQ investigations.
• Provide QMS training and ensure appropriate skill levels are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external management systems.
