Job Description

Market Analysis and Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients industry trends and competitive landscape within the General Cargo & Project Cargo sector.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and engage with key decisionmakers at potential client organizations.
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Project Cargo services.
Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery in line with client expectations.
Act as a liaison between clients and operational teams to address any projectrelated issues.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate terms and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts
Market Expansion:
Explore opportunities for geographical expansion and business growth in general Cargo & Project Cargo sector.
Identify potential partnerships and collaborations to enhance service offerings.



Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Proven track record with at least 2 years of experience in logistics and sales preferably in a key account management role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools including familiarity with supply chain management systems.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset to address client challenges effectively.
