Job Description

Global Operations Management:

  • Oversee and manage global logistics operations ensuring seamless coordination and execution of projects across different regions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and optimize efficiency in global operations.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients on a global scale.
  • Understand client needs and challenges working closely to tailor solutions that meet specific requirements.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop project plans timelines and resource allocation for global logistics projects.
  • Ensure the successful execution of projects within scope timeline and budget constraints.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams external partners and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks in global operations and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and disruptions.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track and analyze project performance against key metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the status of global operations projects.


Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience in logistics and sales preferably in a key account management role.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in logistics software and tools including familiarity with supply chain management systems.

Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset to address client challenges effectively
