1. Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations. 2. Manage and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff to ensure productivity and efficiency. 3. Plan and schedule work assignments to meet project deadlines and milestones. 4. Monitor and enforce strict adherence to project plans, drawings, and specifications. 5. Conduct regular inspections of work progress to identify and resolve any issues or deviations from plans. 6. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and communication. 7. Implement and maintain proper safety procedures and practices on the construction site. 8. Manage material and equipment procurement, inventory, and usage efficiently. 9. Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise among team members or subcontractors. 10. Prepare and submit daily progress reports, as well as any necessary documentation related to the project. • *Requirements:**
