- To convert contracted agreements into policies / certificates / endorsements, and to ensure maximum output in minimum timeframe with “nil” margin for errors.
- To uphold the company’s ethics, operating policies and conform with the department work instructions.
Primary Duties Performed:
- Issues Third Party / Comprehensive motor insurance policies.
- Issues certificates of non-payment of compensation.
- Supplements the work of non-recourse.
- Supplements the work of transfer.
- Enters policies of commission offices.
- Types out monthly renewals of comprehensive policies.
- Prepares monthly statistics.
- Issues supporting Gulf policies.
- Comprehensive policy renewals.
- Prepares correspondence (internal and external).
- Prepares insurance quotes.
- Any other tasks as required by the department manager.
