We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior MultiDisciplinary Service Manager to join our innovative team in London. As a key member of our organisation you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success by leading and initiating new projects in collaboration with borough authorities fostering strategic partnerships and ensuring the highest quality of support services for our service users. This role requires someone with a strong background in the sector particularly in a senior capacity who possesses exceptional leadership skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
**Key Responsibilities**
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary support services across our locations in Harrow Brent and Ealing ensuring the delivery of highquality personcentred care.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with borough authorities and other relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership working.
Take the lead in initiating and implementing new projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing support services and meeting the evolving needs of our service users.
Provide guidance support and mentorship to staff members fostering a culture of continuous learning development and excellence.
Oversee the development and implementation of individualised support plans ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of each service user.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
**Requirements**
Previous experience working in a senior role within a similar setting preferably within the learning disabilities and autism sector.
A strong understanding of multidisciplinary support approaches and best practices with a proven track record of delivering highquality support services.
Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
Proven experience in project management with the ability to initiate plan and implement new projects and initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
**Additional Information**
Salary: Up to £50000 per annum depending on experience.

A driver's license is desirable.
