Duties & Responsibilities

.

Follow up on the website and application and ensure that customer requirements on the website work correctly

.

Adding, modifying and monitoring some of the content on the website and application

.

Uploading new offers on the website and the application of new types, brands and products

.

Contributing to presenting new ideas and new plans for developing the website and the application

.

Dealing with customers, meeting needs, and taking recommendations

.

Writing reports related to the site and application and closing all requests on the system.

.

Work on improving and following up on SEO.

.

Follow up on technical problems and solve them.

.

Work on following up all orders on the site, confirming with the customer, and closing them correctly.

.

Achieving the required sales target, following the plans from management, and working to achieve them.

.

Follow up with customers in terms of attention, meeting needs, and dealing with transparency and credibility (look & feel)

.

Follow up on offers presented to customers and find mechanisms and solutions to implement them.

.

Carrying out any tasks delegated by the direct manager
