Traveler Policy: Local Travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. PERM ADDRESS MUST BE UPLOADED WITH PROFILE.

• Demonstrated ability to perform diverse clinical skills under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Knowledge of nursing principles and community health practices.
• Demonstrated history of strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Active and valid drivers license and willing to go offsite.
• Immunization reviews.
• Compiles information for reporting to various committees.
• Responsible for adherence of the Respiratory program.
• Ability to take direction and follow through consistently.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Ability to drive an automobile in inclement weather.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Must be patientfocused and work to improve customer satisfaction.
• Must work within all regulatory guidelines as well as Gold Service and Patient Rights policies.

• 5 years of current clinical experience required
• 2 years of Occupational Health experience required
• MUST BE A CERTIFIED BREATH ALCOHOL TECHNICIAN (BAT) Required
• DOT Certification for Drug Screening is required
• Ergonomic Assessment Experience Preferred
• Phlebotomy Experience Strongly Preferred
• Valid Driver License Required
