MW Partners is currently seeking a Sr. Technician Client Services to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Provide first and second level support for software hardware and various infrastructure related issues.
- Participate in the entire user life cycle from accounts provisioning hardware deployment and day one orientation.
- Participate in an onsite support rotation for all employees at the office.
- Provide video conference setup support and basic troubleshooting.
- Administration and troubleshooting of company Mac/Windows BYOD peripherals. SaaS applications/integrations network and IDP
- Assist in various technical projects and maintenance that may be required (this includes desktop directory services telecom and networking).
- Contribute to New Technology discussions.
- Cross functional collaboration
Requirements:
- B.A./B.S. in a computer science related field (or) 6 years experience in system administration and support.
- 5 years working in a fastpaced technology company environment or start up
- Strong desire to help others positive attitude excellent problem solving technical writing communication and organizational skills.
- Exceptional experience supporting macOS and Windows laptops
- Exceptional experience supporting Google Workspace and a wide variety of popular Cloud SaaS Apps (e.g. Slack Jira Github Adobe CC)
- Strong knowledge of Help Desk ticketing software (i.e. Jira Service Desk Freshservice).
- Strong knowledge of Mac imaging and MDM software (i.e. JAMF Pro).
- Working knowledge of Networking Concepts (VPN office and home networks) are a plus.
- Scripting and automation skills are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of media streaming services and devices are a plus.
- Excellent communicator detail oriented and customer service focused.
