Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Data security modeler with 68 years of experience to join our remote team. As a Data modeler you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data security models to protect sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data security models policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Design and implement data access controls encryption methods and data masking techniques.
- Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks related to data security.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform for securityrelated configurations.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest data security trends threats and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 68 years of experience in data security modeling with a focus on protecting sensitive data.
- Proficiency in Python programming for scripting and automation.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Familiarity with data security standards such as GDPR HIPAA or PCI DSS.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications related to data security (e.g. CISSP CISM CEH).
- Experience with cloud security principles and practices (e.g. AWS Oracle Azure GCP)
- Knowledge of cryptographic techniques and protocols.
