Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Backend IC packaging turnkey solutions provider that include wafer bumping wafer sort assembly and testing.
• Expanded machine failure investigation and implementation.
• Investigation/diagnosis/elimination of abnormality in production process and machine alarms.
  
• Upgrade process capabilities & fan out (parameters/machine/tools) to improve production yield.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Machinery/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering or any related fields.
• Min 1 year of working experience in related firm.
• Require one to two years of training in Taiwan and will bond for another 3 years . During the training period roundtrip tickets monthly training allowances meal subsidies free accommodation and transportation to and from work will be provided.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin. (Communication read and write)
• Experience in IC package test maintenance process engineering experience is preferred.
