Mission of the Role

• Stand at the center of the organization to create a memorable luxury shopping experience
• Engage customers in the brands heritage through storytelling
• Build lasting relationships with customers

Main Responsibilities

• Provide luxury customer service experience
• Maximize sales performance while ensuring a luxury customer experience
• Support team communication and integration
• Ensure brand presentation and store operations are in line with standards

Requirements

• Background in selling product knowledge and policy compliance
• Experience in styling storytelling and clienteling
• Customercentric focus with a background in hospitality/luxury
• Excellent command of the English language
