What youll be doing:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create user personas customer journey maps and other UX documentation.
• Design wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design.
• Work with our analytics team to optimize site experiences through A/B testing and site analysis.
• Create documentation (Interactive playbooks site architecture use cases and task flows) for team use.
• Adapt to changing priorities demands and timelines.
• Expertise in creating comprehensive design systems including reusable component libraries to streamline design processes and implementing nested component architectures for modular design and customization.
• Collaborated closely with development teams for seamless integration of design components.
• Create documentation and guidelines for effective usage of design system components.

What youll need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research methodologies and tools.
• Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. HumanComputer Interaction Graphic Design) or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma Sketch Miro Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work experience and design projects.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobilefirst design.
