Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems for continuous improvement and strategic planning.
  • Provide guidance on methods processes and controls to ensure the highest quality standards across all operations.
  • Lead regulatory compliance efforts staying ahead of changes and implementing necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization promoting awareness and accountability at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in quality assurance with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality assurance strategies in a serviceoriented environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Experience working in regulated industries and familiarity with quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Certification(s) in quality management preferred.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g. medical devices pharmaceuticals) highly desirable.
