Job description:

• Were looking for a program manager to work within our Creative Operations team.
• The successful candidate is curious a problem solver and a creative thinker who will support the management and maintenance of the tools that are used within the Creative team.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in Salesforce and Workfront operational duties under an enterprise umbrella.
• Identifies and resolves technical problems leads system and tool enhancements and implementations and oversees daily operational tickets and issues.
• Manages and develops user guidance documentation and conducts trainings for creative & cross functional teams.
• Creates and compiles creative program and project reports as requested for the needs of the business.
• This candidate will collaborate with various business partners internal and external to the creative team.
• Familiarity with creative workflows marketing processes and creative production lifecycles.

• Yes the candidate will need to be within proximity to any of the Client locations/hubs. (San Bruno Los Angeles Chicago Bentonville & Hoboken)

Will a Client badge be needed at onset or in the future

• Yes

If hybrid or in office role how many days a week will the candidate need to come into the office

• About 23x per week.
