PE teacher- Brilliant school in Enfield- April start

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and dynamic PE lessons to students of varying abilities and age groups
• Develop and implement appropriate physical education programs in line with the national curriculum
• Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement
• Promote and encourage active participation and a personal commitment to physical fitness among students
• Organize and lead extracurricular sports activities and events including interschool competitions and sports clubs
• Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to create a cohesive and wellrounded educational experience
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of student achievement and attendance

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Physical Education or a related field
• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification
• Proven experience teaching PE in a primary or secondary school setting
• Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and educational standards for physical education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• A passion for physical fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle
• Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
