Process Improvement Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Apply different methods and approaches to service & process improvement including but not limited to Lean Systems Thinking Service Design Six Sigma etc.
• Conduct activities such as data discovery current and future state value stream mapping and root cause analysis etc.
• Develop and implement frameworks materials and approaches to support the improvements transformation programs and new product development.
• Carry out research and analysis to help define best practice and use this to assist departments to review current practices and develop better new options.
• Provide key stakeholders with monitoring reports and information including analysis and advice.
• Create and deploy necessary KPIs and reporting tools by function site and product to ensure ongoing focus from functional teams.

Knowledge Skills and Ability:

• Bachelors degree or higher education.

• Good knowledge of Lean SixSigma and/or Agile methodologies and tools
• Strong Analytical and Good Technical Skills
• Strong verbal and written English skills; Knowledge of German represents an advantage.
• Very good mastering of the MS Office tools (Outlook Excel Power Point SharePoint)
• Knowledge of project management approaches tools and phases of the project lifecycle; Knowledge of Product Development Stage Gate Process represents an advantage.
