We have a brand new opportunity for a Contract Manager based in Dublin orsurrounding areas to join our brand new country team in Ireland

The ContractManager role is at the heart of Ground Controls business. This is a brand new rolesupporting Ground Controls continued growth andbusiness expansioninto Ireland.

What youll achieve;

Reporting to the Director of Ground Control International you will be responsible for the management of our Field Teams and directly employed staff.

Key responsibilities will also be:

Recruiting and training Field Teams in Ways of Working and expected quality standards

Daily quality monitoring of Field Teams work

Line management and performance management of directly employed staff

Effectively building and maintaining client relationships

Providing management reports

Price sell and manage landscaping work for all of Ground Controls service offerings includinggrounds maintenance arboriculture EV installation and energy services vegetation clearance and Landscape construction.

Develop successful working relationships with local client decisionmakers

Accurately price new sites under tender.

Identify price and supervise additional works on existing sites.

Who were seeking;

We would welcome applications from existing ContractManagers with experience in Grounds Maintenance or Arboriculture.In addition we would consider candidates who currently have their own grounds maintenance or arboriculture business and are looking to move over to be directly employed in a largerbusiness.

Whatever your current role you will need management experience as well as a solid grounding in landscaping grounds maintenance horticulture or arboriculture.
