Tasks

The post holder will make sure that people who need or access Live Well Leeds play a key part in shaping how the service is designed developed and delivered. The service is easy for diverse people to access we support everyone to improve and maintain their mental health.

Requirements

You will have good communication skills and work in a personcentred approach. You will work independently and as part of a team to support vulnerable people.
