• Provide technical support and assistance to internal customers on IT issues infrastructure and systems;
• Interact with user support teams developers and DevOps;
• Diagnose software problems using logs and monitoring make technical changes to IT infrastructure settings;
• Write technical specifications for error correction up to basic writing of scripts and code;
• Document services and describe typical operations.

Requirements

• Familiar with Python at Junior level and above;
• You know how to read the API and understand how the database works;
• You can write SQL queries;
• Understand and diagnose infrastructure problems.
