Senior Dynamics Developer

Your IT Recruiter is looking for a Senior Dynamics Developer for our client. The role is 4 days per week remote and 1 day on site.

This position will report to the CRM Dynamics Developer Team Lead and is a key member of a highperforming team of software professionals responsible for building supporting and continuously improving the Customer Relationship Management platform Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The ideal candidate for this position will have software engineering experience and experience with enterprise CRM systems. The selected individual will work out of the National Heritage Academies Service Center in Grand Rapids Michigan. This person will be a strategic partner to multiple business teams a champion for a community of users a catalyst for effective teamwork and support the team to deliver maximum value to the organization.

Requirements

Experience developing in C# Experience developing in JavaScript Experience working with Enterprise CRM Systems (Dynamics 365 SugarCRM) Experience in Microsoft SQL Server / TSQL Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Computer Information Systems or equivalent

Low / Nocode tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps Developing integrations using Microsoft CRM SDK in C# Azure Cloud experience with App Services App Registrations Key Vaults Function Apps and Service Bus Agilebased software development using SAFe or similar methodologies

Basic Qualifications : BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent STEM field rom an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Academic or professional experience using Java, C, C++, C#, Python, or similar programming languages Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Desired skills : Working on cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, Integration/Test). FACE, Data Modelling and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) - Cameo or Rhapsody, SysML, DOORS, ICD/IRD/IDD. Design Assurance, System Verification, Integration & Test - test documentation and conduct, troubleshooting hardware/software. Strong verbal and written communication. Familiarity or Experience with any of the following: o Data Modeling o SWF/DDE o CPL and UoP development, FACE o Cockpit Avionics, DO-178 o Air Data Computer, AHRS Integration, Civil FMS
