Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Virtual Assistant to Sales to join our team. As a VA you will be responsible for efficiently handling sales inquiries frequently asked questions (FAQs) and providing excellent customer support via various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Promptly address customer queries regarding products services pricing and order processes. Provide accurate and helpful information to potential customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Accurately transcribe dictation notes from customers and team members ensuring clear and concise communication of relevant information. Maintain organized documentation of notes for future reference and followup.
- Conduct phone conversations with customers to qualify quotes understand their specific requirements and provide personalized assistance in selecting the most suitable products or services.
- Handle incoming calls from customers professionally and courteously. Listen attentively to customer concerns resolve issues promptly and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Assist customers with order modifications including changes to shipping addresses product quantities and delivery schedules. Process order amendments accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Polite phone manner and good written skills.
