• Manage the capital expenditure budget for the manufacturing department ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  

• Stay uptodate on industry trends and technologies identifying opportunities for innovation and product development.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers suppliers and regulatory bodies.
  

• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the manufacturing team fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
  

• Set performance goals conduct performance evaluations and support employee development plans.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or advanced degree(s)
  

• Minimum of 1015 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
  

• Strong leadership and people management skills..
  

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes quality control principles and supply chain management.
  

• In Depth understanding of health safety and environmental regulations.
  

• Excellent financial acumen and budgeting experience.
  

• Exceptional communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  

• Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
