Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil/Architectural BIM Modeler - LOD 400 with at least 4-5 years of experience. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create detailed architectural and construction drawings. They will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated project documentation. Those who are immediately and locally available will be given preference.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
• Qualified in Architecture/ Civil engineering
• Strong background in architecture and construction
• Experience as a BIM Modeler
• Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Ability to create accurate and detailed construction drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Experience in the Middle East construction industry is a plus
• Experience with multinational projects is beneficial
