RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Can Expect DaytoDay

While no one day is the same the core activities for this role include:

• Drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
• Collecting and organising evidence and legal documents for our solicitors to review
• Communicating with witnesses and clients to schedule interviews depositions and meetings
• Organising and maintaining documents in filing systems both paper and electronic
• Contribute to team environment through collaboration innovative approaches to sharing of ideas and experience
• Liaising with insurers and other key stakeholders via phone and email including negotiating outcomes
• Ad hoc legal administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Required:

• Currently studying law or recent graduate
• Able to uphold and maintain professional ethics when managing cases and dealing with clients/ customers
• Ability to take ownership of your work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
• Can think creatively to achieve tasks and meet targets
• Strong legal understanding and willingness to learn
• Speak Chinese Vietnamese or Arabic is advantageous but not essential.
