Senior Medical Writer

Expectations

• Provide highquality writing support on a wide range of scientific articles (e.g. symposium reviews KOL interviews) within multiple therapy areas that meet client briefs.
• Develop and implement methods to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs including postactivity assessments and feedback mechanisms.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously adhering to timelines and ensuring the successful delivery of highquality educational content working closely with internal Commercial and Publishing teams.
• Liaise directly with our clients.
• Attend and select relevant scientific sessions for congress articles. Opportunity to attend congresses locally and internationally as required.
• Research and source top KOLs/experts.
• Stay informed about relevant regulatory requirements and ensure that all educational materials comply with ethical legal and regulatory standards.

Experience Required

• A graduate /higher academic degree (Msc PhD PharmD) in a communication scientific or medicalrelated degree is desirable.
• Demonstrable medical writing experience within the medical communications/education/pharmaceutical environment.
• Clientfacing and relationshipbuilding experience.
• Broad knowledge and the ability to adapt to a variety of therapeutic areas.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically and adopt a proactive solutionfocused approach towards client expectations resolving queries and addressing feedback.
• An understanding of the role of pharmaceutical companies in the provision of healthcare services and an awareness of industry codes of conduct and legal requirements.
