Do you want to pursue a career in finance This opportunity would be perfect for those who have completed their A Levels and are thinking of taking a year out to explore theiroptions or for those currently at universityand would like to undertake a placement year as part of their course.

How you will make a difference

You will join a team of professionals who will guide you and help you develop your skills and knowledge while working on real projects and real clients. These roles are ideal for people who like problemsolving and can adapt to changes. At BKL we appreciate and value individuals who can work autonomously but still collaborate with a wider team.

You will have the opportunity to learn and grow as an accountant while delivering high quality work as part of your team (or pod as we call them).

What you can expect:

• A years training programme to provide an insight into the AAT or ACA pathways within the audit department.
• The programme would start with an orientation day where you would get to know your colleagues and meet the leadership team at BKL.
• You will be assigned a mentor for the duration of the programme being a current manager in the audit team. They will be on hand to provide support and guidance about embarking on a career at BKL.
• Structured training based on the BKL Experience (career development ladder) and exposure to exciting projects and onsite client work where possible.
• Introduction to the audit sector withinaccountancy and understanding the full audit process.
• Assist the seniors within your team and learn from their experience.
• Be assigned to one of our industryrelated pod systems where you will work with various industries within different sectors including Music & Entertainment Property Financial Services and Not for Profit.

You will be ideal for this role if you

• Have GCSE Grade 5 and above in English and Maths GCSE.
• Have B B C or above at A Level.
• Have alternative qualifications equivalent to the above.
• Are comfortable with studying whilst working.
• Have great organisational and problemsolving abilities.
• Are able to learn and receive continuous feedback on how to improve and grow in your accountancy journey.
