In a nutshell

Picnic is seeking an experienced Mobile App User Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in running App campaigns across different Display & Video networks. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of handson experience in driving user acquisition strategies optimizing campaigns and achieving measurable results. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and innovative company in the fastpaced Food & Drinks industry.

What youll do

As a mobile app user acquisition specialist you will work with a 7figure yearly budget. These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Develop and implement robust campaigns on Google Ads and other Video & Display networks to drive user acquisition.
• Monitor and analyze metrics in Adjust provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities to refine and enhance strategies.

About you

• 3 5 years of handson mobile user acquisition experience.
• Proven track record of successfully driving user acquisition and meeting KPI targets.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (such as Adjust and Tableau) to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work crossfunctionally.
• Indepth knowledge of the ecommerce and mobile app industry trends.
• Bonus points for affinity with Dutch or German language
