Objectives of the position:
The overall incharge of Purchasing planning Department responsible and accountable for Dept s performances. Represent company in Regional SCM Community. As one of the key player in APAC Control Tower Purchasing Planning team the individual will be expected to design lead and ensure the implementation of the demand planning strategies for accurate forecast and inventory optimization to achieve the goals of department and group.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and guide Purchasing Planning Team
2. Overlook daily operations (Demand planning purchase order processing freight management cross trade shipment)
3. Supplier performance evaluation
4. Reporting on company s KPIs such availability order line fill rate drag
5. Material master management
6. Handle annual scrap tender exercise
7. Key users to assist in any SCM reporting automation
8. Key User to Global MM and PDM community
10. Quarterly Sales Inventory and Operating Planning meeting with Customers
11. Lean Operation System lead and Coordinator
12. Any other tasks assign by Head of Supply Chain & LOS APAC
Skills & Qualification:
Bachelor of Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Business related field
Knowledge in SAP system (ECC 6.0 S4 HANA BI)
Experience in Purchasing and Planning
Microsoft Office (Power point Words Excel)
Good written and communication skills
Knowledge in International Trading Business (Eg: Free Trade Agreement Freight Forwarding Incoterm)
