Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in the US Sales team by identifying and qualifying leads and setting appointments for the sales team. They are responsible for generating new business opportunities and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities
- Engage with potential customers via phone email and social media
- Set appointments and schedule meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead qualification
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to prospects
- Meet and exceed quotas for qualified leads and appointments
- Participate in regular sales training and professional development sessions
- Report on activities results and metrics to the sales management team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
