Role Description:

The KariGhars :

The KariGhars was incorporated on February 1 2010 and is registered at Registrar of Companies Bangalore. Its designated partners are Abhishek Chadha Aashita Chadha and Vinayak Chadha. Abhishek Chadha is the CEO and Founder Aashita Chadha is the CFO and Founder and Vinayak Chadha is the Managing Director.

Job Brief:
We are looking for a detailoriented and organized HR Executive to manage and supervise the HR department staff. The ideal candidate is required to stay uptodate with changes in work legislation and industry standards. They will oversee recruitment and selection processes develop and implement HR strategies and handle employee relations. In this role the HR Executive must ensure compliance with all labor laws.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes including sourcing interviewing and hiring new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures.
  • Maintain HR records including employee files compensation and benefits information.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
  • Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
  • Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.
  • Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs.
  • Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

Requirements:
  • Experience in an interior design company is a MUST.
  • Graduate
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience
