Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate/Senior Associate. The ideal candidate must have a background in commerce and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role will involve interacting with customers to address inquiries resolve issues and provide assistance in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services pricing and promotions to customers.
Resolve technical issues related to our online platform or products/services escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent delivery of highquality customer support.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions including inquiries complaints and resolutions using our CRM system.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay uptodate on product/service offerings industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in commerce OR related commerce background is mandatory.
0 to 3 years of experience required.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
