Job Description

Nixon McQuade are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator on behalf of a leading business based in Dungannon.

Reporting to the AP Manager, you will be responsible for providing all round support to the department activities with specific responsibility for the Purchase Ledger functions.

The Role:

  • Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Bank and cash allocations.
  • Supplier payment runs.
  • Liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve queries.
  • Month-end procedures.
  • Prepare a weekly cashflow forecast.
  • Set up and maintain vendor accounts.

The Person:

  • Previous experience in an accounts payable or purchase ledger function.
  • The ability to work in a team as well as individually.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
