Job Description

Overview:

Were seeking a Customer Success Manager who excels in building genuine connections and driving client success. In our world its about leveraging technology to empower our clients to thrive.

About You:

Youre a master communicator able to translate technical concepts into understandable terms.You possess a strong sense of empathy and problemsolving skills.Youre passionate about solving realworld challenges.Youre a strategic thinker anticipating client needs and proactively addressing them.

Role Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring they maximise the value of our solutions up/cross sale when you smell the need.Develop and nurture relationships with clients understanding their goals and aligning our solutions to their needs. Collaborate with client teams to gather feedback and influence product development.Lead onboarding sessions educational webinars and regular checkins to keep clients engaged and informed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer success or account management.Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for technology.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.A bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
