Role Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring they maximise the value of our solutions up/cross sale when you smell the need.Develop and nurture relationships with clients understanding their goals and aligning our solutions to their needs. Collaborate with client teams to gather feedback and influence product development.Lead onboarding sessions educational webinars and regular checkins to keep clients engaged and informed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer success or account management.Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for technology.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.A bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
