About the role
As a Senior Talent Partner at LendInvest you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our teams in London and Glasgow. This 12month contract offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into the world of recruitment within the fintech industry. Your work will directly contribute to our mission by ensuring we attract develop and retain the best talent.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the hiring processfrom start to finish including getting Hiring Committee headcount approvals to making offers and closing candidates.
Working closely with and supporting hiring managers and key stakeholders to determine the ideal candidate profiles.
Assisting hiring managers with writing accurate job descriptions that align with the values of the business.
Taking full responsibility of screening and interviewing candidates.
Providing timely feedback to candidates and managing the overall candidate experience.
Employer branding: Represent LendInvest in the talent market. Engage with potential candidates through various channels and events promoting our culture and opportunities.
Utilise data to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights to various stakeholders.
Working with existing processes that promote diversity and inclusion and support continuous improvements with this and make further suggestions where necessary.
Supporting and collaborating with the wider People team on People opsrelated matters.
About you
You will have extensive inhouse recruitment experience in mortgages or financial services industrieshiring across commercial operations and technical areas of the business
Ideally you will have broader HR experience andbeCIPDqualified
You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills andbe comfortable business partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the business
You will be an enthusiastic organised and proactive selfstarter that can use their initiative
You will be able to manage your time effectively and be able to prioritise workload per business needs
You will have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (we use Teamtailor)
You will be willing to learn and develop your knowledge across the areas you are not familiar with
