Job Description

As a socialfirst brand with a growing digital community were looking for a dynamic Customer Happiness & Marketing Intern who is jazzed about building relationships and fostering an authentic twoway communication with our community. You will work in a crossfunctional team where you will have the ability to influence our offering based on the insights you get.

You will become an expert on our customers and ambassadors work with every department of the company and report insights to the rest of the team. Your goal is to make sure we create an outstanding experience!

Tasks

  • Analyze and optimize the whole customer journey by collecting insights from customers and our website to improve our products and experience
  • Engage and support our community via email and all social media channels using Gorgias (customer support software)
  • Correspond with and flag issues to the companys order fulfillment and operations team to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Assist the marketing team in the research of specific ambassadors and influencers
  • Support with community outreach for marketing campaigns ambassador & PR gifting new product launches etc.
  • Extract manipulate and visualize data to find and understand patterns and behaviors
  • Prepare and structure reports on customer experience KPIs to share with the other teams
  • Conduct in depth analysis of the market and other players
  • Scouting of new products and new marketing strategies to implement

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a degree in Economics Communication Marketing or other related fields
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
  • Clear and effective communication skills you mean what you say and say what you mean
  • A handson selfstarter who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelines
  • A proactive and collaborative approach you love working with people and people love working with you
  • Someone who is moved by the idea that you can help the overall business by being the voice of the customer
  • An advocate and ambassador for Flers core values
  • Fluent Italian & English writing and speaking skills note: English level C1 is required
  • German/Spanish/French knowledge is a plus!

  • Fulltime curricular internship (tirocinio curricolare) with compensation
  • 612 months
  • Full remote quarterly in person meetings in Milan. If youre based in Milan you can join our team at our offices based at WAO C30.
  • Fluent Italian & English required
