As a Senior Full Stack Developer (d/f/m) youll be at the forefront of innovation spearheading the development and maintenance of our cuttingedge digital products. Our vision #changehabits and to revolutionize the health industry one line of code at a time.

Tasks

• Develop (handson) and maintain our digital products including our apps and microservices (using React Native and TypeScript) and a legacy backend
• Integrate thirdparty APIs and write unit and integration tests
• Release applications to the Apple and Google Play stores and work with native modules when required
• Collaborate with the product team to conceptualize new features translating ideas into actionable development plans
• Oversee all aspects of deployment and technical operations ensuring seamless and secure product deployments and performance
• Contribute to a wellorganized and professional development environment by maintaining uptodate architecture infrastructure and process documentation
• Contribute to the improving of the projects architecture and delivering of highvalued solutions
• Investigate and fix bugs
• Mentor pair share learnings and help your direct team colleagues to grow
• Play a crucial role in building and fostering a strong engineering organization and a positive development culture

Requirements

• Proven trackrecord of building scalable applications with a background in fullstack engineering and DevOps.
• 7 years experience in software development with various languages combined with a passion for highquality code
• Experience in developing products on a tech stack such as: Javascript Node Typescript React Native Postgres ORM PHP SQS Kafka TDD Docker AWS and CI/CD.
• Taking ownership comes naturally to you and you are always eager to assume responsibility within your role and beyond.
• Experience in System Design and architecting new features or infrastructure setups and breaking down the tasks for the team to implementation
• First experience in building and managing tech teams (onsite and remote)
• Strong ability to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements as well as communicating to stakeholders
• Knowledge in agile development methods Scrum and Jira project management
• Analytic and entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation and a reliable independent work style
• Strong understanding of stateoftheart data security mechanisms experiences with designing and implementing secure backends that comply with data privacy regulations and GDPR
• Fluent written and spoken English skills German language skills are a plus
• Familiarity with the eHealth and InsurTech industry
