Social Media Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning implementing and monitoring the companys Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness improve marketing efforts and drive website traffic.

• Should have excellent communication and writing skills as well as experience using social media platforms such as Facebook Twitter Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Should be familiar with Social Media advertising analytics tools and marketing techniques.Ability to work independently be highly organized and have strong problemsolving skills.

• Provide support for social media advertising campaigns including audience targeting ad creation and budget management.

• Creating and publishing original content managing and engaging with the audience and measuring and analyzing the success of social media campaigns.

• Work collaboratively with the marketing sales and customer service teams to ensure the alignment of social media activities with the overall business strategy.

• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and developments in social media and suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance the companys social media presence.

Requirement

• Internships in social media/marketing will be an advantage.

• Strong communication skills including excellent writing and editing skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and others.

• Experience in creating and managing social media content and campaigns.

• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
